Will be sticking with Boots for family eye care as all staff friendly welcoming and very helpful. Put my daughter at ease and were fantastic from start to finish. Really nice people and lovely calm environment. I will be booking my appointment there soon and would definitely recommend. Previous experience in another shop was manic and busy and stressful (not Boots).

Staff were very friendly and looked after me well. I'm not sure it could be improved .

Eye tests for our two 6 year olds.
Felt that optician didn't really assess them thoroughly enough,as it was clear that sometimes the children weren't answering the questions properly and optician didn't query their answers at all.
Concerned that if there was a problem it wouldn't have been picked up.
They had a different optician at the same store,Riverside Norwich,last year who was a lot better with the children and more thorough.

The whole eye test was thorough, professional yet friendly. The prescription was given to me without any pressure to buy glasses there and then.
